As part of that goal, we always put advice before products, and value before cost.

Before we formulate any recommendations, we'll get to know you and your circumstances thoroughly. Even if you come to us with a firm idea of what kind of product you want, we won't simply compare the individual products available. We'll look at them in the context of your financial situation and work out which would fit best. And that possibly wouldn't be the cheapest. Although we'll tell you which is, we'll only recommend the one which provides the best answer to your needs.
