About the Business
We are an established financial services company offering bespoke service to clients in the North West and beyond. Most of our clients tell us, it's about securing income - now, in the future and for future generations - and that's why we have called our financial planning service. We have been very happy with the services provided by Charter over the years, in particular the regular detailed updates.
The team are easy to contact and provide prompt and detailed responses to any queries raised. I like the personal relationship which is built up with the firm. This engenders, for me, a feeling of trust and a feeling that if I need any clarification or advice, I can phone and speak to someone I know.
