About the Business

Our practice was founded in 2003 by Alastair Ingram. Since then we've provided FD consultancy to an ever growing portfolio of SMEs and larger organisations within an hour of its base in Marlborough, Wiltshire. Our FDs and associates have real world experience to board level in major UK and US organisations. The +PO process starts with a free financial assessment. The output from this will be agreed and issues prioritised. From the start of the appointment the issues will be addressed and we will provide regular, reliable and accurate management accounts and forecasts, linked to the client's kpis.

We work closely with our clients, taking the time to understand the organisation and its people. We've found that this is the best way to achieve long lasting results. We work on a project basis or provide regular monthly input, and with modern communications we're always available as if we're in the next office.
