The name changed to Newstead Clark Financial Services Limited in January 2008 following a management buy out. Robert Clark is the driving force behind Newstead Clark and became the Managing Director in 2008 when he purchased the company In 2008 Newstead Clark acquired Harrison Priddy in Bromsgrove.
