Acorn Capital Partners is corporate finance and private equity business. It is a full member of the British Venture Capital Association (BVCA) and is registered in England at Fawside Farm, Longnor, Buxton SK17 0RA. We provide corporate advice on a range of transactions from acquisitions, to disposals and public transactions. We have invested in a range of different businesses over the years, and we specialise in situations where our executives take an active role in the ownership and running of the business.
We work with a number of experienced industry specialists to identify companies turning over £3m - £100m where existing owners are looking for some cash out but also need help in strenghtening the management team. We work with a number of private equity funds and High Net Worth Individuals(HNW) to raise the capital for such transactions.
